    2、新性的思维品质。小组合作活动上着重设计了 让学生自主学习,合作探究的环节。学生在团结合作的前提下完成学习任务。在 语言和思维的支撑下,完成对现实问题的解决,使其成长为有文明素养和身心健 康的人。 教学教学内容分析内容分析 主题意义:本课主题为“身体健康” ,视频从几个人的角度讲述了儿童参与 体育运动的益处,但也反映出随着孩子年龄的增长,父母或者教练为了出成绩会 让孩子过度训练,这样会导致孩子身体出现严重的损伤,也会让孩子失去运动的 乐趣和兴趣,属于“人与社会”主题。 主要内容:童年是享受健康体育活动的最佳时机, 孩子也会本能地进行体育 锻炼, 他们在很小的时候就会对足球等有组织的运动产生了浓厚

    3、的兴趣。但有时 候,父母或教练们为了追求成绩与荣誉,会让 7 岁,9 岁的女孩想要看起来像 22 岁的专业芭蕾舞演员或运动员,而忽略他们的肌肉,骨骼,韧带还没有准备好, 而这会对孩子们生长中的韧带和肌腱造成永久性损伤。所以加强锻炼很重要,但 休息和营养也是孩子健康成长的一部分, 而且我们要用不同的方式让孩子们锻炼 肌肉。 作者意图:作者希望学生通过对本视频内容的学习,能够了解运动的益处, 正确的运动或训练方式应该做些什么,避免什么。要明白运动的真正目标是鼓励 孩子们玩得开心,从小养成的运动锻炼的习惯并能够长久地坚持下去。 教学设计 学情分析学情分析 学生具备一定的词汇和语法基础,有能力获取听力

Parents want their children instinctively to be physically active so we have certainly in the suburban and certain urban areas this explosion of interest in organized sports at very young ages like soccer.” “And I think those things build esprit decor, build a sense of tea

    15、mwork, teach kids how to share, how to work together to achieve a common goal. But one of the things you really must do, even for those little, very very flexible bodies is make sure you warm them up adequately, and even those those parents are well intentioned. There are a lot of those parents who

    16、were the coaches who dont have a lot of experiences in what you need to do in order to prevent injuries in kids, and part of that is adequate warm-up and stretching, even with those young bodies you still need to do that in order to prevent them from injuring themselves.” “In dancing ballet, we have

    17、 6 and 7- year-old girls, 9-year-old girls who want to look like that professional 22-year-old ballerina. Their muscles arent ready, their ligaments arent ready, and one of the worst training errors is to have them try to emulate that mature dancer when their bodies are not ready for it. They dont h

    18、ave the strength of the flexibility; they dont have the skeletal development to allow them to do that.” “Because I have three daughters and theyre involved in fastpitch softball and Im seeing at a very early age parents pushing kids to play all year round in order to get that scholarship down the ro

    19、ad. And these are kids that are eight years old, you know. By the time they get into their teenage years, they are having major surgeries on their shoulders.” “And a lot of that is misinformation from coaches who push too hard. And Pushing too hard can actually create permanent damage to ligaments a

    20、nd tendons in growth plates that can hamper or ruin a persons chances of participating up to expectations as a teenager or mature adult.” “You know, if youre just looking for the talented athletes, so youve got your 1 or 2 percent or your 5 percent. But what about the rest of these kids? And one of

    21、the worries to me is that the emphasis on sport per se can for many children make physical activity almost a negative experience. They tried to go out for the team. The coach told them they werent good enough. That wasnt fun. I dont want to do this anymore.” “Im working with children now in Yoga. I

    22、never thought that Yoga can be for anybody else but adults and people that want to meditate. And Yoga can be for kids, They wanna act like they want to look like an eagle. They want to look like a turtle. They want to look like a snake; they want to move like that. And if you put in that kind of con

    23、text for them, if you talk about it in a right way, kids are very receptive to being active little individual because they got more energy than we could ever imagine having as adults. “Were gonna go straight up about halfway about there and then come down slowly. Rather than having them do the same

    24、thing all year long, I think its important to develop the muscles in different ways. Strengthening muscles are very important but resting is part of that strengthening process as well. Nutrition and all those things are important. But I think we forget the resting part. So I think the rest and the c

    25、ross -training doing something different, exercising the muscles indirectly, the same muscle, but doing them in a different way.” while it is great to encourage an athlete, the real goal is to encourage children to have fun being active. A habit that starts at a young age is easier to maintain through the years.
