2、制作过程的副词First,Next, Then, Finally,和部 分动词短语，来激活学生已有知识；读中活动以 skimming 和 careful reading 等阅读策略引导学生有层次地阅读，即先让学生以 skimming的方式整体感知文章主要内容， 后以careful reading的方式让学生对短文的细节有深入的了解并熟悉食谱的写作特点； 读后活动以对话形式让学生对食物的大致制作过程有深入的认识，为食谱的写作做铺垫。 2、写作部分, 写前通过复习火鸡宴的制作过程并对Yunnan Rice Noodles食谱的写作特点进行分析，学生对如何写一篇食 谱已经有了深入的认识，但是不同的食

3、物所需的配料不同，有些食物及其配料的英文学生不知如何表达，所以课前安排调查家 乡（儋州）美食及其制作过程，并查找相关配料的英文表达。最后模仿Yunnan Rice Noodles食谱的写作特点进行写作。在 写的过程中，让学生先在小组内交流讨论，后邀请 3 个组的学生（2 个人）上黑板写，其他人在组内写，最后进行自评和互评。 三、教学目标：教学目标： （一）（一）Knowledge and ability objects： 1.
