The emotional aims: Arouse students interest in learning English; Enable the students to communicate with others; Through various activities in class,students can learn to cooperate and know they can also do a lot of things to help

Grade 7 students has just learnt English for one term, they are fond of different kinds of activities,but sometimes they are shy and dare to express
6、their ideas,so teacher should encourage them and try his/her best to set all kinds of games,songs ,pictures to arouse students interest. 2.Teaching methods According to the new national curriculum standard,the schema theory and student centered teaching idea, I adopt the following teaching methods:c
7、ommunicative teaching method,cooperative teaching method.task-based teaching method. 3.Learning methods: To master the phrases by guessing,reading and playing games. To master the sentence structure by using,practicing and doing exercises. 4. Teaching aids: A computer and a projector as my teaching
8、aids to facilitate my teaching. 三 Teaching procedures Step1.Review and Lead-in Task1. As we can see,once the students interest is aroused in the beginning,the whole class will go through more smoothly. Today is Friday,so Ill ask them “Are you happy?” and then I will tell them I am happy,too. Cause t
9、oday is Friday,a happy weekend is waiting for us. Task2. Show students the title of the unit and the present progressive tense we are going to learn. “Im watching TV”. From the title,we can see what is present progressive tense,that is add ing after a verb and “be” before the verb. In order to revie
10、w some words and expressions we have learnt before. I will play a game with students. That is I act and students say it in English about what I am doing.
