6、itional culture in China.For some people,listening to Peking Opera is one of their favorite leisure activities.Yes,there are some similarities.And in our country,listening to opera is also a very important part of peoples leisure life.A visit to the opera is both a cultural and social ritual(仪式、习俗).

7、Why do people spend their hard earned money on an opera when they can spend it on a dinner and a movie or a ball game?Well,watching an opera isnt merely entertainment.Its an experience:the sets(场景),music,singers,costumes(服装)and lighting.Sounds very interesting.Did it start here in Australia?No,of co
