    4、ds.lTo avoid misunderstanding the differences of the terms in the process of transaction between the buyers and the sellers,both sides should make Sales Confirmation after placing an order.Both sides should sign the Sales Contract,ensuring that there is no differences of understanding terms.Knowledg

    5、e Input1.An Introduction to Acceptance 1)Definition of Acceptance An offerees agreement to the terms set by the offerer is called an Acceptance.An acceptance should be expressed and unconditional.If the acceptance is conditional,which is called counter-offer.The means of acceptance could be letter,e

    6、mail,telegram,fax and so on.If the offer is a firm offer,a deal is concluded after acceptance.If the offer is a non-firm offer,a deal is not concluded until the acceptance is confirmed by the buyers or sellers.Confirmation is a contract in simple form,including Sales Confirmation and Purchase Confir

    7、mation,mainly to avoid misunderstanding the differences of the terms in the process of transaction between the buyers and the sellers.Knowledge Input According to the UN Convention on Contacts for the International Sale of Goods,a contract is concluded at the moment when an acceptance of offer becom

    8、es effective.The Main Contents of An Acceptance Letter In a letter for acceptance,all the necessary terms and conditions may need a further confirmation/check from both sides.The contents of an acceptance letter mainly contains as follows:a.Thanking the senders for their offers/counter-offers or acc

    9、eptanceKnowledge Inputb.Declaring that you accept the offer or confirm the acceptance from the senders and stating that you would like to conclude business with the senders.according to the terms and conditions agreed upon(listing all the terms and conditions agreed upon in detail).c.Stating that yo

    10、u have enclosed an order form,a contract confirmation,or a sales confirmation.d.Expressing your hope that the transaction would be conducted smoothly and successfully,and that business would be expanded in the future.Knowledge Input2.An Introduction to Orders 1)Definition of Orders An order is a req

    11、uest for the supply of a specific quantity of goods.It is from the buyers acceptance or confirmation of a firm offer made by the sellers or result from the sellers acceptance or confirmation of a counter-offer made by the buyers.The means of order could be that the buyers use a letter,printed orders

    12、,fax or email,and the sellers use printed acknowledgment.Knowledge Input2)The Main Contents of An Order An order should be clear,accurate,and easy to understand.An order should at least contain the following points:a.description of the goods,such as specification,size,quantity,quality and article nu

    13、mber;b.prices(unit prices as well as total prices);c.terms of payment;d.mode of packing;e.time of transportation,port of destination and time of shipment etc.Task:How to write a letter to acknowledge the order?Situation(Warming-up)Write a letter for acknowledge the initial order according to the fol
