1、Verbs动词A predicate verb is very important to a sentence,just as heart is quite important to a person.Some examples:1.cartoon2.draw cartoons3.up and down4.Stand up.5.She can cook.6.Peter likes hamburgers.Sentences:4,5,6No subject.(省略)No object.Usually,you must have a predicate verb for your sentence.

4、ust,will,shall,could,should,might,need等。情态-情感和态度Modal verbs情态动词：2.本身有词义，不能单独做谓语，一般与实义动词一起做谓语。eg.She can cook food.She can food.XAuxiliary verbs助动词：eg.I will buy some books tomorrow.I have been a student for 6 years.1.常用的助动词有：have,has,will,woulddo,does,did,Auxiliary verbs助动词：eg.I will buy some books
