23、 Client可向客户收费的成本 Basically these are:Direct Staff Costs直接工作人员成本 Out of Pocket Expenses外付费用 Direct Staff is the key to being profitable直接工作人员成本是影响客户获利的关键 Should be based on a resource plan which delivers profitability应发展-人员资源分配计划,并考虑对获利的影响 Resource Plan needs to be modified for changes in revenue当营收改
