8、y6KV,50Hz2.国内外港口岸电发展情况 Development of shore power in China and abroad港口岸电技术在国内外均有试点应用,但规模较小。Shore power facilities has been applied both in China and abroad,but with small scale.一、港口岸电应用现状The status quo of shore power application国外:早在1985年,瑞典的斯德哥尔摩港就开始建设低压400V的岸电系统给游轮使用,2000年,哥德堡港建设了世界第一套高压岸电电源系统,电压
9、6.6KV,功率可达1250KVA。目前已经有美国洛杉矶港、长滩港等6个港口,欧洲哥德堡港等10个港口安装了港口岸电系统。一、港口岸电应用现状The status quo of shore power application2.国内外港口岸电发展情况 Development of shore power in China and abroadAbroad:Port of Stockholm constructed a 400V shore power system for cruises in 1985.Port of Goteborg constructed a 6.6kV shore po
10、wer system with 1250kVA capacity in 2000,the first HV shore power system worldwide.Currently,6 ports in Los Angeles,Long Beach etc.and 10 ports in Port of Gothenburg in Europe are equipped with shore power system.国内:上海外高桥六号码头2010年5月建设了国内第一套岸电装置,电压440V,容量2000KVA。2010年10月连云港建设了国内首套高压岸电装置。目前国内上海洋山港、厦门港

17、碳排放3343.93万吨,减少二氧化硫排放30.86万吨。1、国内岸电市场潜力巨大Remarkable market potential for shore power development in China2、岸电推广还存在困难 Difficulties in market promotion 码头船用供电系统是一个系统工程,需要沿岸城市环境保护部门、供电部门、船公司和港口营运方等多方配合协作。The construction of shore-to-ship power supply system is a systematic project,requiring cooperation
18、 among the environmental protection department,power supply utility,shipping company and port operators.多方配合难Lack of multi-lateral cooperation岸电建设标准还未全部统一,各港口均根据自身特点选择供电方式和接口,船舶使用不方便,造成很大的局限性。Different power supply modes and interfaces are selected in different ports due to lack of unified standards
19、,making it inconvenient for ships to uses these facilities.标准未统一Lack of unified standards岸电设施一次性投资高,回报期长,绝大部分地区还未明确服务价格政策,商业模式还不成熟。Business mode of shore power is not yet mature.Shore power facilities features large one-time investment and long payback period.Besides,there is no officially-approved
