    4、提及马拉松,即指全程马拉松。Origin:马拉松原为希腊的一个地名。在雅典东北30公里。其名源出腓尼基语marathus,意即“多茴香的”,因古代此地生长众多茴香树而得名。体育运动中的马拉松赛跑就得名于此。希腊波斯战争(公元前492-前449年)中,公元前490年,波斯王大流士一世渡海西侵,进击阿蒂卡,在距雅典城东北的马拉松海湾登陆。雅典军奋勇应战,在马拉松平原打败波斯军队。史称马拉松之战。为了把胜利消息迅速告诉雅典人,希腊派长跑优胜者斐迪庇第斯(Pheidippides)从马拉松跑至雅典中央广场(全程42.195公里),只说了一句话:“我们胜利了!”。便体力衰竭倒地而亡。而其奇迹光荣的功绩而

    5、成为希腊的民族英雄。Male(男男):2011年9月25日,柏林马拉松赛,肯尼亚名将帕特里克-马考以2小时3分38秒的成绩,创造了新的世界记录并夺冠。Female:英国女子长跑名将拉德克里(PaulaRadcliffe)在2003年4月13日的伦敦马拉松赛上创造了2小时15分25秒的世界最好成绩,这个成绩也在2004年1月1日被国际田联宣布为女子马拉松的第一个世界纪录。中国马拉松名将周春秀周春秀2007年年4月22日在著名的伦敦马拉松赛上以2小时20分38秒的成绩夺冠,成为夺得该项赛事冠军的第一位中国选手。这是27岁的周春秀首次参加在亚洲之外进行的马拉松赛。埃塞俄比亚的前万米世界冠军瓦米在周春
