And they also need some office support services, such as photocopying and some laptop computers as well. During the break, they need
14、 some refreshments for their guests. And they will hold a cocktail party and a buffet party during the convention. About 150 guests will be staying in the hotel. Please work in groups to simulate the reservation of the convention, using the words and sentences given in this unit, unit 1 and unit 2 i
