Please be noted that break-down of

4、 the WBS, all activities, the resource allocation/loading & monetary value of activity (coordinated with the BOQ) and any necessary reports as requested have been reasonably incorporated. Besides that, we kindly draw your attention to the Sub-Clause 8.3 “The Contractor shall promptly give notice to

5、the Engineer of specific probable future events or circumstances which may adversely affect the work, increase the Contract Price or delay the execution of the Works.”, and you may understand that the coming winter season shall be considered as a future circumstances which will adversely affect the

6、work. Please evaluate the same in these respects and accordingly, we will submit the revised Programme in accordance with Sub-Clause .8.6 in due course.
