It explains the importance of cultural heritage ; it moves continuously from the past , through the present , and into the future , and is therefore our responsibility to protect it , as people have in the past , for future generations.     10、ritage sites belong to all the peoples of the world, irrespective of the territory on which they are located.Part 2.
