Later, she completed her studies at Harvard University with amazing perseverance and became the first blind deaf person to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree. She devoted her whole life to the benefit of the disabled and established many charities, complet

She was selected as Top Ten American Idols in the 20th Century by Time magazine, and also awarded Presidential Medal of Freedom.
