英语教研反思英语教研反思 Grade 3, term 2, unit 6 body. 每一节课,都不要给老师和学生过大的压力,而没有喘息的机会。需要留白:环节上要留白,思维上要留白,语言上要留白,而留白的过程,就是吸收和消化的过程。本次反思,首先我想谈谈我的教学设计上,和之前所不同的地方。1.教学步骤的修改1)每一个教学步骤,都是为了实现教学大的目标,而完成一个个的小目标。在 Look and do 环节的删除,这个环节一方面是为了操练两个重点单词:big and small。另一方面是为了突出整合课的技术设备。但是在交流的过程中,我们认为 big 和 small 两个单词在 look and match 的环节里已经操练过了,并且学生的学习情况还不错,达到了小的教学目标,所以不必赘述。在英语高效课堂中,平板是为了帮助教师教学的,所以不用为了形式而形式。2)增加一个小组活动:老师教过 he has got, 主要的功能句已经学到了,所以对于学生来说,she has got, it has got 已经不难了,这里可以小组合作学习,学习这两个句型。3)yes or no. 前面学习了句型,也可以进行一定量的输出,所以这里只判断 yes or no,对于学生来说,达不到所想要的教学目标,这里进行了讲一推三的修改,并且让学生进行判断并改错,最后成完整的长句子输出。2. 教学反思:1)语言素养的培养:英语课上,应该有大量的语言互答。老师一个指令,学生应该快速可以回应。2)习惯的培养:a)小老师的课前领读,良好示范,评价语言。b)指令简单,易懂。-Open your books. -Open my book. -turn to page 18. -18. c)习惯通过评价来促成:对于好习惯的学生,应给予表扬。d)课堂追求干净和热闹。 倾听的时候是干净的:倾听老师,倾听录音,倾听同学的表演和会话,自读,教师良好示范的时候。书本作业的摆放,小组活动是 pairwork 还是 groupwork,组长组员可以快速知道该干嘛。 良好示范,目标点读的时候,是干净的:listen carefully, just listen. listen 3 times. 首先应有良好示范。良好示范的时候,老师做到不拖音,不变音,刚开始,让学生了解整体的单词和句型,反馈的过程中,发现学生有问题,再进行纠正。学生应该训练有素,安静的聆听,观察教师发音方式,发音口型。教师一定要有教授的过程,he has got a big nose. he has got a big nose. he has got a big nose. together. 良好示范后,目标点读。从前往后,左右开弓。从目标点读的收,到词汇功能句都教熟之后,才可以快速的放,扎实的练,灵活的用。 环节的热闹,语言的热闹,来激发学生兴趣。3)评价可以培养习惯,突破难点,点燃课堂。a)评价语言多样化:good, great, better, wonderful, I love you.
