V 原 n.(选某人当什么职位) 五、 教学反思 本节课，我采用了传统的教学方法，教师一步一步的带着学生学习教学内容，做到及 时的巩固和练习。在学习新内容的同时，培养学生听、说、读、写的能力。教学效果较好， 基本达到了教学目标。但本节课也有很多的不足之处，其中本节课最缺乏的是小组合作与 探讨学习。
