Teaching the new phrase words by using the pictures. Eg. T: What does Miss Chen do? Ss: She is a teacher. T: Yes, the teach

3、er works in a school. Where does she work? Ss: She works in a school. Step 2 Presentation 1. Present the sentences using the pictures,let Ss find out the differences between do and does. 2. The teacher sums up “how to use do & does”. 3. Practice do and does using some sentences. 4. Play the Guessing

4、 Game. Give the students some sentences, then ask the students to guess “What does he/she do?”. Step 3 Practice 1.Look at the flash,then read after it. 2.Listen to 1a, then match the pictures. 3.Read the dialog by themselves. 4.Act the dialog out. Step 3 Consolidation 1.Listen to Part 3, fill in the

5、 blanks. 2.Listen to Part 3 again,then check the answers like this: Eg. David is a doctor, he works in Beijing. Step 4 Practice 1. Ask the students to finish the dialogues.
