    12、eenagers negative thoughts on their physical appearance are not always external. Some teenagers are not confident enough and always believe they do not look good enough. To get rid of thoughts like this, they must have more confidence in themselves. For instance, they can write down things that make

    13、 them feel good about themselves. Stopping comparing themselves with others may help too. It is also a good idea to use positive statements and spend more time with supportive people.
