I can ”.During designing this lesson ,I lay a lot of emphasis on using the sentence pattern “What can you do? I can ” as the communicational

    14、 language, and teach the students to listen, read, speak, write the phrases. To achieve that ,I have three methods: First, the warming up. I take out a short cartoon, and produced a chant after that,in the relaxed andcheerful atmosphere ,we ask and answer using “What can you do? I can.”In this way,

    15、we both reviewed the phrases we learned and Wake up students learning enthusiasm. Make sure they will enjoy this lesson. Second, the PPT. Using the pictures I tell them we will have an New Year party, and there are so many beautiful pictures and songs which help the students understand the phrases.

    16、There is also a short cartoon leading them to read the phrases. In this way,I Enhanced the reality and interest of the situation, so that the students could have strong study interest. Third,. The match between the boys and the girls and the games . For example, read the phrases in different voice,

    17、write the phrases in the air, phrases train, TPR games. These fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students. Turn the boring read memory into the exciting games. The students felt the joy of learning English at the same time, they mastered the language knowledge and language skills and enhanced thei

    18、r interests and confidences in learning English. 2、Make use of the activities, pay attention to cultivating o the student s abilities. After learning the phrases and the sentence pattern, I paid attention to cultivating the student s English abilities. I took TPR. I handed out survey charts, let the

    19、m do a survey in groups of four. Ask their partners “ What can you do?” .The TPR is a good way to improve the students ability of using language. Every students can took part in , they communicated and companied in English. This activity cultivate their abilities of thinking memory and cooperation.

    20、The more important, during finishing the task, the students also develop their abilities of using English.After that I gave them a chance to have a PK, boys or girls came to the front to tell the class what others can do . This show activity exercised students self marketing ability speech ability and correct evaluation ability.
