Preparation: PPT, stickers,props and chalks. Teaching procedures: Step1 Review Today we continue to learn Unit 8 Dolls. 1. Pl

    3、ay a game “Rain, rain, go away” Look. Whats that?.When do we use an umbrella?. Do you like the rain? .I dont like it either. Now lets play a game called “Rain,rain,go away.” 2. “I say, you say.” Now, I say, you say.(边说边贴板书) This “short” means “short” . And this “short” means “ short”.(通 过动作区分两个单词) 3

    4、. Listen and draw. We dont like the rain, but some others like it. Look, the child is in the rain. (教 in the rain) A boy or a girl? Listen and answer. But we cant see her face . Listen carefully and draw her face on the paper.(一位同学在黑板上画) 4. Describe the girl. Practise with your deskmates to talk abo

    5、ut the girl . Change the two sentences into one . “big”, “small”,so we use “but”. And what about these. Can you change them into one? “small”, “small”, so we use “and” We can also say like this “.too” “but, and, too” can make the sentence better. 5. Describe the boy. There is a magic. Wow, not a gir

    6、l but a boy. Can you talk about the boy? What can you say?. Pay attention to “is” and “are”. Remember to use “but”, “and”, “too”. They can make your sentence better. . Step2 Rhyme time 1.Read the title and the first sentence of the rhyme. Hes a fat boy. A fat boy meets a fat boy in the rain.(拇指动作) T

    7、wo fat boys meet in the rain. 2.Listen and answer “What can they do?”and “What can they say?” They bow.(拇指动作) Look, how, now,cow, so we read this word “bow”.(跟读第 3 句) “What can they say?”.(跟读第 4 句) 3.Read and find out the rhyming words. The rhyme is nice. Why? They have the same pronunciation “ain”.

    8、 They are the rhyming words. When we read, pay attention to the chant and rhyming words, we can read well. 4.Read together. Together.Boys up.Girls up. 5.Look and create the new rhymes.     13、e the girl robot. Can you talk about her? Remember to use “and, but, too.”. 2.Make a dialogue with her. Listen. This robot can talk too. Lets make a dialogue with her. You can ask like this, and the robot can answer your questions.(一名 同学扮演机器人,其他同学提问) Step5 Writing 1.Choose one of the robots to write

    14、 about. 2.Check the writing. Step6 Homework 1.Read and act out Cartoon time & Rhyme time; 2.Revise your writing and finish the other one. Try to design your robot.
