Lesson 9。本单元的话题是“Festivals”，引导学生谈论中外节 日日期的表达方式、传统文化等。本单元提供了厨房、美术馆、公园等场景并在这些场 景中学习使用 “When is the.?”“Its on the. . ”“Can you tell me more about.? ” 与 他人讨论中国传统节日的日期和习俗。本课位于本单元的第一课时，提供了 Sara 和 Lingling 体验做月饼这样一个情景， 在做月饼时 Sara 和 Lingling 讨论中秋节的相关知识， 这是一个非常生活化并能较好调动学生参与的话题。 2 2学生情况分析：学生情况分析：

4、 本课授课对象为五年级学生。经过几年的学习，五年级的学生对于英语学习有了一 定的了解与认知，学生在三年级时已经学习了本课中出现的询问日期的句型“When is .?”“Its . .”，以及用序数词表达日期，如“eighth”“fifteenth”等，但是中国农 历的日期在英语中的表达方式是本课中出现的新语言现象。因此，本课的学习需要教师 充分利用情境，促进学生对相关语言知识的感知、理解、准确掌握直至恰当运用。 3 3教学方式与教学手段说明：教学方式与教学手段说明： （一）小组活动学习法 把全班分成 10 个小组，课堂各项教学活动均以小组活动为主线，结对或全班活动 为辅，学生互相交流、探究，共

6、欢直观形象思维和抽象思维相结合，对游戏、竞赛、画画还有兴趣。大部分学生对英 语有着较浓厚的学习兴趣，但也有少数学生由于遇到困难，学习兴趣会随之减弱。尤其 从这学期开始，对学生又提出了新的要求：培养听、说、读、写的技能。所以教师应该 面向全体学生，以学生的发展为宗旨，始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位，引导学生 端正学习态度，掌握良好的学习方法，培养学生良好的学习习惯。 五年级部分学生还存在顽劣和懒惰倾向，上课溜号，爱搞小动作、课下作业完成不 及时的坏毛病，学习效率也较差。针对这种情况我采取趣味教学的模式课上多为学生创 设练习语言的环境，尽量努力吸引学生的注意力，以便更有效地激发他们的学习兴趣，

7、而且课下我经常找机会和他们聊天、交朋友，帮助他们转变厌学思想。 教学目标与重点、难点 1 1、教学目标：教学目标： （1）学生能够理解对话内容并正确朗读对话。 （2）学生通过“guessing game”“role-play”“ask and answer”等活动能听懂、会说、 认读中秋节 the Mid-Autumn Festival、 重阳节 the Double Ninth Festival、 元宵节 the Lantern Festival、端午节 the Dragon Boat Festival 等专有词汇。 （3） 学生能够运用句型 “When is the. ?” 询问中国节日的
