Guessing game (Try to guess the name and the singer of some English songs.) 3. Enjoy the video of a song: “Doe Ray Me” (电影音乐之声插曲) Step 2 PRESENTATION 1. Before Listening Give the students two questions and ask them to find our the answers. 2. Listen to the song called Yesterday Once More for the first time. 3. Check the answers. Step 3 CONSOLIDATION 1. Have them read the lyrics together. 2. Ask them to fill in the blanks about the songs on the screen. 2 Step 4 PRACTICE 1. Do more exercises. 2. Have the students try to write a passage about a person or an event in their junior high school life. 3. Ask some of them to share their writing. Step 5 PROJECT Have the students choose an English song to learn to sing.
