Teaching procedures Step 1 Revision Prepare for this class with modal verb revision. Get students ready for the class. Let student

    4、s review the sentences they have learned. -“It must belong to the little boy, because most kids like cartoons.” -“It might belong to the old man, because some old people like cartoons, too.” Step 2 Warming-up Start the class with a song and a conversation. Let students listen to the song and write d

Guide students to learn to use modal verbs to make inferences, paying att

    6、ention to the differences. Step 4 Guessing game Take some things from the Lost and Found box in the classroom. Try to find the owner. Students are guided to guess the owner by using must be, could be, and might be. Step 5 Practice Let students watch some pictures from a popular movie and try to make
