Section B 1a-1d Listening and Speaking:Table manners 一教材分析一教材分析 该单元的话题主要围绕“文化礼仪”这一话题展开,谈论不同国家在不同情境下的文化习俗,核心结 构是 be supposed to It is impolite to do Section B 部分的内容是在礼仪习俗上的拓展,主要介绍不同国家 的餐桌礼仪。在英语核心素养里提到要培养学生的文化品格,希望学生能够了解各国文化背景、礼仪习俗、 学会在不同场合的得体表现,提升跨文化意识,同时更重要的是要形成对各国文化认同,理解、包容、尊 重文化差异。 二学情分析二学情分析 本次授课对象为外国语学校的学生,学生整体水平较高,大部分学生性格活跃,课堂上积极回答问题, 老师在课堂上组织形式多样的活动激励学生课堂发言。本课的话题是餐桌礼仪,学生对于中国的餐桌礼仪 了解一些,但是对于如何使用英文准确地来表达,存在语言上的问题,另外,由于现在学生出国交流的机 会比较多,所以学生们知道一些其他国家的餐桌礼仪。在课前老师布置了自主学习的作业,通过在网络上 查阅相关话题,让学生提前去了解中国的餐桌礼仪,以及他们喜欢的一个国家的餐桌礼仪。 三本节课的研究主题是:通过听说课课内外资源整合,培养中学生的文化和思维素养。三本节课的研究主题是:通过听说课课内外资源整合,培养中学生的文化和思维素养。 义务教育课程标准 2011 年版提到,英语教材是英语课程资源的核心部分。教师要在教学中根据 学生的水平和教学的需要,对教材进行合理的开发和利用,也才能通过教材更好的激发学生的学习兴趣, 开阔学生视野,拓展学生思维,以满足不同学生的需求。在本节课中,根据学生的学情,我对教材进行了 处理、整合和补充,教材的听力的 1b 和 1c 部分的练习,内容对于我们的学生来说偏简单,所以我增加了 听后回答问题和复述听力对话的练习。此外,还对教材的顺序进行了调整,先学习 1b 和 1c 的内容,再学 习 1a 的内容。从中国的餐桌礼仪,拓展到对其他国家的餐桌礼仪的学习和了解,拓宽了学生的视野,让 学生了解各国餐桌礼仪文化,激发他们对于餐桌文化的兴趣,同时在课堂上,学生能够了解到各国不同的 餐桌文化,引导学生要理解、包容、尊重各国文化,入乡随俗。课下布置作业,延展课堂,让他们针对自 己感兴趣的国家,继续了解他国文化,提升学生的文化素养。 课标中提到,开发利用网络资源。教师要积极创造条件,要使学生充分利用计算机和网络资源,根据 自己的需要进行学习。在本课的课前预习中,学生利用网络资源进行课前的预习,学生喜欢这样的生动、 活泼的学习方式。同时,在课堂上,老师用到网络视频资源来辅助教学,调动学生的课堂学习的积极性和 激发思维。课标中提到,开发与利用学生资源。学生资源是课程资源的重要组成部分,教师应充分认识开 发和利用学生资源的重要意义。在本堂课的课堂上,在课堂上激活学生已有的知识和经验,有学生个人经 验的分享,有他们课前学习的分享, 充分利用学生资源,生成课堂。例如老师让学生们头脑风暴他们已 知的中国的餐桌礼仪,小组合作学习编对话、角色扮演,以及讨论其他国家的餐桌礼仪,让学生们拓展思 维,共同分享。 四教学目标四教学目标 【知识与技能目标】 1.学生能熟练运用 be supposed to, be not supposed to, it is polite/impolite to 来谈论中国以及国外的餐桌礼仪。 2.学生掌握听听力技巧,比如:看图做预测、听关键词、听大意、听懂细节等。 【情感目标】 3.学生能够使用目标语言谈论印度、法国、韩国等国家餐桌礼仪,体会不同国家的文化差异,达成文化共 识。 五教学重点和难点五教学重点和难点 【教学重点】 学生能够准确的使用目标语言谈论各国的餐桌礼仪。 突破途径:通过学案,为学生设计具体明确的听说任务,并辅以板书,使学生通过个体和小组合作落实。 【教学难点】 学生可能在准确的表述印度、法国、日本等拓展国家的餐桌礼仪上存在困难。 突破途径:听过反复听,以及具体的听说任务,学生课堂的分享,来突破难点。 6教学流程:教学流程: 【教学过程】 教学步骤教师活动学生活动设计意图时间 Step 1 Lead-in Teacher shows some pictures about different greeting manners in different countries to help students review what they have learned and lead in table manners.
