Unit7 Teenagers should be allowed to choose their own clothes? 说课稿说课稿 一、一、 背景背景 新目标初中英语教材采用任务型语言教学模式,融会话题、交际功能和语 言结构,形成一套循序渐进的生活话的学习程序。以学生语言技能、语言知识、 情感态度、学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础,培养学生英语综合语言运用能 力。强调从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发, 形成一种师生交往、 积极互动、共同发展的过程。让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、 参与和合作等方式,形成积极的学习态度,促进语言实际运用能力的提高。 二、教材分析二、教材分析 1.本课在教材中的地位及作用 本单元所涉及的内容是含有情态动词的被动语态,被动语态是本书当中比 较重要的一部分,它把学生由以前所能够进行的主动语态的表达延伸到被动语 态的学习和运用。一方面使学生的语法更趋系统化和完整化,另一方面,它使 学生的语言表达更为灵活,更能发展学生的综合语言运用能力。另外本课所涉 及的情感教育,于现实十分的有用,它讲述了青少年学生的心理状态,教师可 因势利导,更好的接近青少年,解决彼此之间的隔阂和代沟。激发的培养学生 学习英语的兴趣,形成积极的学习态度,促进语言实际运用能力的提高。 2.教学目标: 1)语言目标:理解并正确运用本单元的重点词汇 2)技能目标: 熟练运用 “should (not) be allowed to do”谈论应该被允许和不应该被允许 做某事; 熟练运用 “be (not) allowed to do”谈论被允许和不被允许做某事; Learn to talk about what you are allowed to do or not? 3)情感目标: 通过诗歌引发学生的思考,对青少年进行情感教育,让学生理解父母对子 女的关爱和教育。 在教学过程中让学生感受诗歌的优美韵律,同时加强对学生的朗读指导。 教学重点:教学重点: 重点语法:被动语态 重点词汇: cry, field, hug, lift, awful, teen, regret, poem, bedroom , community, talk back, keep away from, make ones own decision, 教学难点:教学难点: 通过阅读诗歌让学生了解诗歌的韵律,理解母爱的伟大和母亲的重要性。 三、教学方法三、教学方法 用计算机辅助教学,以任务型教学法为主体,以小组活动,两人协作为依 托。以口头练习和笔头练习为载体开展教学。还可以借助多媒体辅助教学:形 象、生动,使课堂容量相对增加,给学生提供更多的语言实践机会,有利于综 合语言运用能力的提高。在本课教学过程中,在注重启发引导,培养学生分析、 概括能力的同时,更注重教学方法的灵活性,通过任务型教学,情景交际, , 激发学生学习兴趣,让学生乐于接受,易于接受。 四、教学反思四、教学反思 针对上述教学设计和具体的教学活动,有以下几点思考: 好的方面好的方面 1、用学生熟悉的诗游子吟导入新课,使学生对学习充满兴趣并感受母爱, 从而营造良好的课堂氛围。 2、教学中把课堂真正还给了学生,让学生成为主角,而老师只是节目配角, 这充分的体现了老师为指导,学生为课堂主人的主体地位。提高了课堂的效率。 3、本节课从教学内容安排到教学各环节之间的衔接以及重、难点的设计等方 面还算是比较合理自然的。 4、本节课的内容在教学过程中让学生感受诗歌的优美韵律,同时通过诗歌引 发学生的思考,对青少年进行情感教育,让学生理解父母对子女的关爱和教育。 最后以视频手绘:时间都去哪儿了,最感人的母爱结尾,使学生深受触动。 要改进之处要改进之处 任务型教学要求学生在教学中不仅要关注学习的结果页要关注学习的过 程。学生完成学习任务的过程就是发现问题、思考问题、解决问题的过程,要 注重形成性评价。 Mom knows best Reading 1 2 3 Lets watch the journey of our growing up! 4 When we were young, we always slept well in our mothers arms. 5 What moved us the most deeply in our memory? She knows the best and for him she wanted the best. 23 Listen and read the poem aloud and discuss what the title means with your partner. Mom Knows Best When I was a tiny baby crying all night, my mom sang to me and stayed by my side. When I was tired and hungry, she gave me food and warm arms to sleep in. When I was two running through the field, she made sure I was safe and kept me from danger. When I fell and hurt myself, she gave me a hug and lifted me up. 24 When I was seven coughing badly, she said no ice-cream for me. But I talked back loudly, “I should be allowed to eat some! Give it to me now!” When I was nine watching scary movies, she said itd give me awful dreams. But I shouted back angrily, “I should be allowed to watch it! Im not a baby!” When I was a teen going out with friends, she said, “Please be back by ten!” But I talked back again “I should not be told what to do! Im seventeen now!” 25 Now Im an adult, thinking back to those times. I coughed for days after eating that ice-cream And had scary dreams after watching that film. I was late for school from staying out past ten. I regret talking back, not listening to Mom. Mom knows best, and for me she wanted only the best! 26 What does the title mean? A mother always knows what is best for a child, even though the child may disagree with the mother. 27 1. He loves his mom and is thankful for what she has done for him. 30 “M” is for the million things she gave me. “O” means only that she is growing old. “T” is for the tears she shed to save me. “H” is for her heart of purest gold. “E” is for her eyes, with love-light shining. “R” means right, and right she will always be. Put them all together, they spell “MOTHER”. A word that means the world to me. When we were young, we always slept well in our mothers arms. 4. Free talk What moved us the most deeply in our memory? Step 3: Before reading Check the previewing work 1. Let Ss divide the poem into 3 parts. 2. Match each with main ideas. Step 4: Reading 1. Let Ss read Part1 affectionately. 2. Let Ss read Part2 and role-play. Show the requests of role-play. 3. Let Ss read Part3 and answer the questions. Show the questions on the screen. 4. 3a First, play the tape, let Ss listen to the tape.Then ask them to Read the poem aloud and discuss what the title means with their partners. Pay attention to the new words. 5. 3b Let Ss read the poem again and answer the questions. 6. Read the poem again and find out the rules of poems.
