My My friends!friends! 1 教学设计教学设计 PEPPEP 六年级上册六年级上册 UnitUnit 5 5 综合复习课综合复习课 一、一、 学生分析学生分析 六年级的学生学习英语已经三年多,他们有一定的英语基 础,而且听力能力、阅读能力也有一定水平,还能写一些简短 的文章和故事,并根据课文或例文进行改写和仿写。 学生在这个年龄阶段有着丰富的想法,有的想法是有利于 教学效果的,而有些却刚好相反,这就要求教者要进行正确、 有效的引导。例如,小朋友在这个时期有着攀比的心理特点, 他们很注重“面子” 。教师可以抓住这一心理,在教学过程中 设计小竞赛,既可以激发学生的积极性,又能让他们主动学习。 变“要我学”为“我要学” 。此外,他们很喜欢表现自我,在 课堂上他们无论是游戏、竞赛,还是角色扮演,都积极参与, 而且成功、出色。英语课堂经常伴随着各种游戏、歌曲、情景 等,让学生对比其他科目更加兴趣浓厚。 二、二、 教材分析教材分析 PEP 这套教材注重培养学生的语言运用能力、提高语言交 际功能及激发学习兴趣等,同时也注重思想道德的培养。Unit 5 What does he do? 的教学内容体现了任务型教学的思想, 它重点让学生掌握如何表达和询问某人做什么工作、在哪里工 作、怎样上班等,同时还引导学生根据不同的爱好去立志将来 的理想。通过本单元的学习,复习课中,除了掌握动词第三人 2 称单数的用法之外,还要求让学生能联系五年级的有关人的性 格外貌,以及前几个单元所学的有关地点、交通方式、兴趣、 爱好等内容,写一篇以 My_为题的写人的小短文。教师 要进行引导的同时又不能过度地纠缠于语法,要复习之余又避 免炒旧饭,形成一个大的复习网络,让学生能在不同的情景下 进行交流与应用,并很好地达到复习的效果。本人根据本班学 生情况,设计本节课的学习内容为 Unit 5 的综合复习课。 (这 是在六年级下册学完之后,小升初之前进行的系统复习) 三、三、 教学目标与教学内容教学目标与教学内容 新编英语教学大纲强调小学英语教学的主要任务在于 培养学生的英语学习兴趣,帮助他们形成良好的学习习惯及合 作精神,帮他们消除对英语的恐惧心理,从而树立他们学习的 自信心。根据教学内容要求,本人设计了以下教学目标: 1.1. 能力目标能力目标 (1)、能够熟练掌握本单元有关职业的单词,并拼写出来; (2)、能够应用句型:What does he/she do? What does he/she like? Where does he/she work? How does he/she go to work?等进行交流和应答。 (3) 、能有效复习有关性格外貌、地方、交通方式、兴趣、 爱好等的单词。 (4) 、能够区别冠词 a 和 an 的用法、名词的单数和复数形 3 式及应用、动词第三人称单数与原形的应用、动词的 ing 形式的变 化规则等。 (5) 、能读懂范文并进行仿写。 2.2. 知识目标知识目标 (1) 、能掌握句型:What does he/she do? What does he/she like? Where does he/she work? How does he/she go to work? (2) 、能听、说、认读并写出有关性格外貌、地方、交通 方式、兴趣、爱好等的单词。 (3) 、能系统地复习并掌握动词 ing 形式的变化规则。 (4) 、能理解并区别冠词 a 和 an 的用法、名词的单数和复 数形式及应用、动词第三人称单数与原形的应用等,并准确完成练 习。 (5) 、能以 My_为题写一篇写人的小短文。 3.3. 情感目标情感目标 教育学生要树立理想,明确自己将来的奋斗目标,培养学 生合理安排自己的学习与生活的能力,灌输珍惜时间、努力学 习的良好学习习惯。 4.4. 教学重点教学重点 (1) 、能有效复习本单元的有关职业的单词及之前所学的 有关性格外貌、地方、交通方式、兴趣、爱好等的四会单词。 (2) 、能准确、自如地运用动词第三人称单数句型来描述 4 一个人。 5. 教学难点教学难点 (1) 、四会词汇的听、说、读、写以及对动词的 ing 形式 和第三人称单数形式的理解与应用。 (2)、以 My_为题写一篇写人的小短文。 四 、教学策略教学策略 一直以来,小学英语教学改革在不断深入,改变“死读书,读 死书”的问题。让学生自主学习,已经成为广大教师普遍关注的教 学热点。如何培养学生的英语学习兴趣和创新思维能力,使学生跃 出课本的框架,扩充知识,活学活用,从而掌握如何学习的方法, 这是我们英语教师所面临的急需解决的重要问题。 新教学大纲提 出在教学过程中要以人为本,体现以学生为主体。教师要充分发挥 学生的学习主动性,把时间让给学生,让学生多思考,并未学生创 设情景,让他们进行交际活动,从而取得良好的教学效果。这就要 求我们在培养学生的听、说、读、写等能力的同时,还要发展学生 的语言能力、思维能力、想象力及自主学习能力。因此,我在教学 中应用了以下教学方法:情景教学法、交际教学法、听说教学法和 任务型教学法。同时,还引导学生运用以下学习方法:比较归纳法, 发现学习法和联想记忆法。 为了让课堂有趣、更好地吸引学生,本人在课前制作了 PPT 课 件,并准备了显眼的重点句子卡片,交通工具录音,人的录音等, 并根据课文内容要求,准备了一些练习。 5 五、五、 教学过程教学过程 StepStep One:One: LetsLets chantchant He is a postman. Teacher: Please clap hands and chant with me, one, two, three, four. 让学生有节拍地跟着 chant.然后让学生自己再 chant 一次。 (设计说明:通过简单的有节奏并朗朗上口的 chant,鼓励学生大胆说英语 的同时,以轻松的方式复习了职业名称,并区别了名词的单复数形式及句型 What does.do?和 What do.do? 最大程度激发了学生的学习热情,为课堂 气氛做了铺垫。) StepStep Two:Two: WhatWhat isis missing?missing? 承接 Lets chant,用课件呈现本单元(Unit 5)有关职业的 单词 factory worker, postman, businessman, police officer, fisherman, scientist, coach, pilot,通过课件展示(有一个单 词消失了) ,教师提出:What is missing?引导学生回答并拼出该 单词。通过小组竞赛方法,复习八个四会单词, 6 (设计说明:通过简单而有竞争意义的比赛,促使学生集中注意力、大胆表 现自我。既能吸引学生,又大大提升了课堂气氛。) StepStep Three:Three: AskAsk andand answeranswer 通过展示不同职业的图片,教师分别提出 What does he/she do? What do they do?引导学生观察图片并用单复数回答 He/ She is a singer. They are teachers.等。接着教师结合课 件图片用不同句型的提问 Is your father _ _? Are they doctors? No,they are _.让学生根据图片回答。 然后教师给出图片的同时,故意给出一些错误提示,如 The coach are very strict. My grandpa is a old fisherman. 等, 让学生竞相找出小错误并改正。最后来一副 post office 的图片, 出现句子 The _ works in the post office. 通过一个邮 递员图片引导学生填空,并用动作路径展示,问学生 Look! How does he go to work?引导学生回答 He goes to work on foot. (设计说明:图文并茂的课件除了抓住学生的眼球,更重要的是复习了重点 句型。通过问答的贯穿,帮助学生梳理了知识点,而且过渡自然。) StepStep Four:Four: ListenListen andand guessguess 为了衔接上一个句子 He goes to work on foot.教师用 What about these friends? How does he/ she go to work? 过渡到猜 的游戏环节。课件出现五个不同职业的人,先让学生说出他们的职 业,然后通过听录音(交通工具的声音)猜出他们上班的交通方式。 (设计说明:这个游戏除了可以让学生安静专注地听之外,还可以体现学习 是联系生活实际的,做到学以致用的同时避免了课堂中的“累” 。) StepStep FiveFive : : LookLook andand saysay 7 1. 教师用过渡语言:You are so great! Id like to introduce my best friend to you. 展示一些学习标兵的图片,让 学生先猜 Who is my best friend? 接着通过询问 Whats he like? 通过句子 He is _.帮助引导学生回答,并通过课件一个个单 词地出现 thin, tall, old, active, kind, hard-working 等,让 学生复习有关性格外貌的单词。 2. 以与学习标兵交朋友为由,用一个 mind map 的形式, (中 间出现一个县优秀的学习标兵的头像,四个角落分别写了 Who What Where How), 引导学生根据疑问词提问不同的问题: Who is he? What is he like? What does he do? What are his hobbies? Where does he work/study? How tall/old is he? How does he go to work/school? 有意开拓一个复习大网,以小组 竞赛方式,引导学生边问边回答。并贴出准备好的重点句型卡片。 3.在复习到 What are his hobbies?时,课件出现 He likes. 并同一闪而过的方式出现单词和短语,让学生抢答。随即复习:like 后面加 ing,并附上教师自创的一个 chant 帮助学生理解规则,并重 点强调双写再加 ing 的十个常见单词。 (设计说明:用这种亦玩亦学的方式展开复习大网,避免了语法学习的枯燥乏 味,避免了复习的“炒旧饭” ,增强了课堂的趣味性,提高了学生的学习积极性。 此外,动词的 ing 形式变化规则的歌谣是一个亮点。 ) StepStep Six:Six: ReadRead andand writewrite 1.完成了提问题的环节,播出学习标兵说的话;“Hello, Im Tommy. Im 13 years old. Im 1.7m.”然后出现范文 My son 8 I have a lovely son. He is tall and thin. He is _m. He is _ years old. He is in Grade 6. He goes to school by car every day. He works hard. He is a good student. He is clever, too. But he wears glasses. He has many hobbies. He likes playing the piano, playing chess and playing basketball.
