Later the girl saw a man at the foot of the pagoda. B:Help!Help! The man didnt hear her . So the girl threw her clothes out of the window. Live in the moment.(活在当下) Reading for pleasure The girl in the pagoda.教学设计 教学目标: 知识与技能:全体学生能理解: pagoda,sat,suddenly,blew,top,infrontof,marry,then,frightened,later,foot,t hrew,hit,flew,save,everyone. 全体学生能听懂:The girl in the pagoda. 全体学生能理解拓展阅读中的故事。 过程与方法:情景教学法,小组竞赛,小组合作学习法。 情感态度价值观:不为过去悔恨,不对将来畏惧,珍惜现在,活在 当下。 教学重难点:通过视听,阅读,讲解,合作学习理解故事。 教学准备:PPT、CD 教学过程: Pre-reading 教师在播放录音之前要先介绍故事的背景。请学生阅读故事标题, 仔细观察图片,教师鼓励学生对图片进行简单的描述,并尝试预测 故事内容。 教师可带领学生复习已学单词,学习比较关键的生词,如” pagoda,marry”等。同时告诉学生:补充阅读中的生词不要求学生全 部掌握,即使存在少量生词,学生也可以借助图片理解故事大意。 While-reading 分成男女生两组,进行竞赛。 教师播放录音,在故事结尾前暂停,请学生预测故事结局。然后继 续播放录音,请学生看看自己的预测和故事的结局是否一致。 Whats the end of the story? What did the girl do to let the man see her? 教师朗读故事,请学生对照文本仔细听。教师可以故意读错几个单 词或短语,此时学生应该说“stop” ,并说出正确的句子。 Post-reading 再次播放录音并在适当的地方停顿,与学生讨论故事内容。由于学 生英语水平有限,部分活动可以用中文展开。教师可用英语提一些 简单的问题,锻炼学生的听力、理解、分析和口语表达能力。 请学生分角色朗读并表演故事。鼓励学生看图复述故事梗概。 请学生回答是否喜欢这个故事并阐述理由。 问学生 Do you like the story ?Why?Why not?小组讨论,展示,教师小 结:不为过去悔恨,不对将来畏惧,珍惜现在,活在当下。 Summary 学生小结 教师总结 小组竞赛总结
