That is a_. _ is a_,too. doctor 亨利诺曼白求恩(Henry Norman Bethune, 加拿大著名胸外科医师、医疗创新者及人道主 义者。 1937年,他在中国抗日战争中帮助中国人。 1939年11月,他在五台山地区一次手术中不 慎切伤手指遭到感染,不久因败血症在河北 省唐县去世。 a nurse 弗洛伦斯南丁格尔,因在克里米亚进行护理而闻 名,被誉为“提灯女神”。她是世界上第一个真正 的女护士,开创了护理事业,1908年3月16日,她 在88岁高龄时被授予伦敦城自由奖。“5.12国际护 士节设立在南丁格尔的生日这一天,就是为了纪 念这位近代护理事业的创始人。南丁格尔女士以 最高贵的奉献精神把一生献给了护理事业,为护 理事业奋斗终生。英国人把她看作是英国的骄傲 。 Unit1 Whos This Boy Lesson2 教学目标:1.能听说读写 pupil,teacher,doctor,nurse 四个单词。 2.能区分 this 和 that,并能正确使用。 3.能用 Hes.Shes.和所学职业名称单词,介绍他人身份。 学情分析: 三年级学生年龄较小,生性活泼好动。枯燥的词汇教学对于他们来说不容易 保持长久的学习状态,学了也容易忘。而游戏,儿歌,多媒体较能激起孩子的 兴趣。所以在教学中运用恰当采用形式各样的教学方法,将他们的注意力吸引 到课堂上来,便能达到很好的教学效果。 教学重难点: 本课重点学习四种职业名称的英文单词,学习用 This isThat is来描述。难 点是读准单词发音,区别 this 与 that 的不同。 教学过程: Step1. Warm up 1.Greetings: T: Good morning,boys and girls.Nice to see you. 2.Review:T:(to a shudent)Hi!Li Jing,Nice to see you. S1:Hi! Miss Meng,Nice to see you, too. T:Li Jing, Whos this boy? S: Hes Wang Kai. T: Hello!Wang Kai. S2:Hello,Miss Meng. Practise asking and answering with more students:Whos this boy/girl?He s /Shes. 3.Lets chant: A boy, a boy, this is a boy. A girl, a girl, this is a girl. A man, a man, this is a man. A woman, a woman, this is a woman. Im a boy, youre a girl. Mum is a woman, Dad is a man. Step2 Prentation Teach the new words: 1.pupil: 1)Show a picture of a pupil,teachers sings:太阳当空照,花儿对我 笑Then point to the picture and say This is a boy. Hes a pupil. 2)Present “pupil”and read three times.Students just listen:pupilpupil.Then play the tape, get the students to listen and repeat.3)Ask several students to read,and correct their errors.4)Present the sentences:This is a boy. Hes a pupil.Help the class read the sentences. 5)Choose a boy near by,Point to the boy and pratise:This is a boy.Hes a pupil. 6)Present a picture of a girl.help the class describe with “that”: That is a girl.She is a pupil, too.7)Gesture shows this and that. Practice this and that by pointing to the persons in the classroom and describing This is/That is.8)Complete the sentences in the ppt and read .9)Point and describe. 2.teacher:1)Point to myself and say:Im a teacher. Teacher,teacher.2)Present a picture and teach “teacher”teacher- teacher.3) Read and act as a teacher.4)Complete the sentences in the PPT,read the sentences. 3.doctor:1)Show a picture of Bethune,ask Who is this man? Tell the students this is Bethune.Hes a doctor. 2)Teach doctor.doc-tor-doctor.3)Try to describe the picture.4) Present the material of Bethune. 4.nurse:1)Present a picture of a nurse and teach the word nurse. 2) Try to describe the picture.3)Get the students to read the material of Nightingale and then describe her with This woman is Nightingale .She is a nurse. Step3 Practice Devide the class into four groups,have a competition. 1.Read quickly: Show the pictures,students read out the words as soon as quickly.Each group has one chance. 2.Guess the words:What word is it? Show the first letter,cover the other letters,get the students to guess.Each group has one chance. 3.Guess the job:Look at the pictures and guess what job it is? Each group has one chance. 4.Introduce your mate. First ,describe a classmate in group.Then Each group has two students to show their work.Using the sentences: This is _.Hes/Shes a _. That is _.He is /She is a_. Step4.Consolidation Acting and describing 1.Students choose a word,make an introduction like this:Hello! Im Hu YIlan. Im a girl.Im a nurse. 2.Ask several students to the front,choose a hea-wear, act and introduce himself/herself. Homework Rember the words learnt today.
