    1、Module 5 unit 1 教学设计Good morning, everyone! Its my great honor to be here sharing my lesson with all of you. Now Im going to talk about the topic I taught. Its Module 5 Unit 1 Theyre cows. Ill explain it from those parts below. First, teaching material analysis Module 5 is about farm animals, the gr

    2、ammar of this module 5 is asking and answering many animals. If they learn it well, they will have no problems in express various farm animals. Unit 1 is focused on expressing farm animals, it gives Ss an instruction of farm animals. Second, students analysis My Ss are from Grade 1, they take an act

    3、ive part in all kinds of activities in class. They are willing to cooperate and share their opinions with their partners. They prefer to learn through games. So I will design more interesting activities to make them an interesting atmosphere of learning English. Third, teaching aims knowledge aims:s

    4、ome important words, such as pig, theyre, farm, cow, duck, chicken, egg. some important sentences, such as What are they?Theyre cows ability aims : be able to use the sentence pattern What are they? Theyre. emotion aims: to cultivate Ss awareness of cherishing food and not to be too selective. diffi

    5、cult and important points: the usage of the Sentence pattern What are they? Theyre. Fourth, teaching methods In this lesson, I will use communicative approach, task-based teaching approach. I think if I want to improve their listening, speaking, reading, I should give them enough chances to practice

    6、. I will use pair work, group work to let the Ss take an active part in all kinds of activities. That is learning by doing , learning by using. Make the Ss the real master in class, while I act as the director. Fifth, learning methods They re self-learning, pair work, group work. Sixth, teaching aid

    7、s Theyre multimedia, PPT and so on. Seventh, teaching procedure(and this is also the most important part) step1warming up and leading in Ss sing a song together, and one student share an illustrated book, theyre all related to this lesson, which means they are all about farm animals. Then Ill play t

    8、he CD-ROM, and ask the Ss; Why the pigs are angry? And let the students find the new words by themselves. purpose: give them an environment of learning English, arouse the Ss interests in learning, make preparations for the following learning. The questions are related to the topic of this lesson, s

    9、o the studentscan grasp it easily by answering, and its easy for us to lead in the new topic. step 2presentation Firstly, I will play the CD-ROM, and ask Ss questions according to each picture. Through answering the questions, Ss can get a general idea of the text, Then I will ask Ss to find the new

    10、 words by themselves, and let them teach the new words. Secondly,read the passages in various ways, such as listening and repeat, read freely and loudly, read in roles . I will pay attention to their pronunciation and imitation. Only by reading the text a lot, can the Ss understand the text and use

    11、the sentence pattern correctly. Also, cultivate Ss basic abilities of listening and speaking. step 3practice I will present some pictures and sound on the screen, and ask Ss to guess What are they? ,then I will ask Ss come to the blackboard to imitate some animals, and other Ss to guess. In this way

    12、, I create a real situation to let Ss use the target language. Whats more, Ss will come to the blackboard to share their pictures, which are drawn by themselves before this class. Meanwhile, I will give them some instructions around the class. Proper competition can arouse Ss interest. pair cooperat

    13、ion can develop their team spirit. step 4 production In this step, we will do the exercise book together, and ask Ss to use the sentence pattern What are they? Theyre.we have input and in-taken a lot,so its time to output. step 5 conclusion and homework let the Ss summarize the key points we learnt

    14、by using the mind map which is drawn on the blackboard. In this way, Ss can cultivate their ability of summarize and expand their mode of thinking. For the homework, I will give them two different levels of exercises, they can choose according to their own level. Eighth, blackboard design In the mid

    15、dle, I will draw a farm, then put some animals on it , then it will look like a mind map which is about farm animals. On the left, Ill write down the sentence pattern in order to let the Ss grasp the usage of it . On the right, Ill divide the Ss into 4 groups, and give them a Peppa pig, if they answer the questions correctly. Ss can refer to the blackboard at any time during the class.
