It made him realise the value of real contact that he had forgotten . 4days Cindy Reaction: Result: At first, she really felt she was missing out. Without their phones, she and her friend had a proper conversation for over two hours.

    15、By the fifth day, she realised that she hadnt been missing out on anything. 7days George Reaction: Result: He didnt find the detox too difficult, but he did give his phone to his dad to avoid giving in. An hours sport each day left him tired out and ready for bed early. The detox made him healthier.

He spent so much time using his phone to catch up on news on social media, and he almost missed the party. Less than 1 days The result of the experience The detox raised a total of 163
