1、ModuleModule 4 4UnitUnit 1010 Great inventions 设计理念：设计理念：1 以学生为主体，通过小组合作达到自主学习。学生是言语活动 的主体，也是言语能力发展的主体。以促进学生主体的言语活 动为开展英语教学的主要形式和实现教学目的主要环节。 2 以“能”为本位的课程观，着重培养语言的运用能力，即言语。 从英语语言知识的学习层面过渡到英语言语的学习层面。即通过 语言实践，培养学生的听说读写能力，而不是仅停留在英语语言 知识的掌握层面上。 3 基于实践的教学观，在教学中创设近似真实的语言实践环境， 通过语篇阅读了解伟大的发明，体会发明源于生活，又服务于 生活

2、。激发孩子对发明创造的兴趣，使学生爱上科学，爱上发 明创造。 教材分析：教材分析：1 本套教材为三年级起点，五年级下册，采用“模块”建筑式编 写体系，全书分为四个模块，每个模块分为 3 个单元，全书分为 12 个单元，本课为第 10 单元，属于第四模块。整个第四模块属 于整本教材的复习和整理模块，不再讲授新的句型，只有少数新 的单词出现。 2 每个模块下的单元主题，都围绕每个模块的主题设计和开展教 学活动。本课“Great inventions” 伟大的发明 ，围绕模块主题 “Things we enjoy” 我们欣赏的事物 ，开展教学活动。通过动 画，猜谜游戏，排序，歌谣，对话问答，做调查等

3、活动，采用参 与、探究、合作等学习方式，在语用中学习英语语言知识和语言 技能。 3 本课通过两个语篇 Listen and say 和 Read a story,由浅入深将学 生带入发明创造的语言环境， 让学生了解到发明源于生活中的启 示，要注意观察身边的事物，其实科学并不遥远，就在我们的身 边。通过两组练习，猜谜 Read and write 和排序 Put sentences in order.加深学生对课文内容的理解，对语篇学习起到巩固作用。 通过一首 Listen and enjoy 激发孩子们创造的欲望。通过 Ask and answer 使孩子了解到伟大的发明对现实产生的意义。通过

4、 Do a survey 活动了解到孩子们内心对于发明创造的真实向往。 让孩子 有机会说出自己将创造的伟大发明和原因。在 Culture corner 中介绍了中国古代的四大发明，与活动主题 Great inventions 伟 大的发明相呼应，再一次扣题。 学情分析：学情分析：1 学生与本课相关的原有知识储备。句型： 。 。 。can。 。 。的用法； 能分辨一般疑问句与特殊疑问句；句型 What are you going to ? 以及回答 Im going to，了解其含义及基本用法 2 学生现有认知能力的分析。学生能够按照教师提供的辅助资料 进行课前预习，在课上能进行小组内的探究和合

5、作，从而进行自 主学习。 3 学生关于发明的原有生活经验。每名学生都有自己不同的生活 经验，孩子们到学习共同学习的同时，也带来了他们不同的生活 经验。 4 学生的情感分析。每名学生对于英语学习都有着不同程度的好 奇心和求知欲，对于科学发明也有着不同程度的热情和向往。 5 学生的身心特征分析。学生的学习阶段为五年级下学期。年龄 为 10 至 11 岁。属于小学高年级阶段，思想渐渐趋于成熟，即将 进入小学阶段最高年级。有自己独立的思维和见解。遇到问题能 较快找出解决问题的方式与方法。大部分学生知道学习英语的重 要性，在课堂上能表现出积极的情绪和专注的状态。但是在课后 练习上缺乏主动性和自觉性。整体
