    1、TitleUni 5 Toys The analysis of the book The topic of this lesson is Toys. It includes six parts:listen and say, look and learn, do a survey, say and act, listen and enjoy and learn the sounds. In this first period, we focus on the first three parts to learn the pronunciation and meaning of the word

    2、s and ask Wh- question to know the information of others preference. The sentence patterns will be used, What do you like? I like./ Ilike this.Meanwhile, we will use some adjective words(cool and lovely) to describe these toys. In this lesson, the students will form a good habit of tidying their toy

    3、s and treating them well. The objects of the teaching 1、Knowledge and skill aims Tohelpstudentsgraspthepronunciationand meaning of the words: ball, kite, robot, and toy bear. Teaching procedure StepWarm up The teacher will show some pictures of animals that the students have learned. Before our class, the students will enjoy an MV of My teddy bear. Purpose: The pictures are helpful

    8、for the students to review some words and sentences. The purpose of this is to form a better English learning surrounding for the students, to attract the studentsinterest of learning English. StepPresentation To show the picture of a teddy bear, the students will learn toy bear easily.With the help

    9、 of some pictures that the students have learned, they can review the dialogue and the text. -Whats the matter? -I cant find my ball.( The students recall the dialogue.) The teacher will show one picture of a ball, and one picture of two balls. To make the students know the difference of the two wor

    10、ds, ball and balls, to find out the different numbers of the same object, and let them know how to use the words, ball and balls , correctly. The girl is in the park. The kites are in the sky. The girl flies her red kite. It goes up very high.( The students read the text aloud together.) They review

    11、 and learn the words, kite and kites, robot and robots. The teacher will make the students touch the picture of robot and say the word aloud one by one. Purpose: The purpose is to present the words vividly, to help thestudentsunderstandtheknowledgeeasilyand naturally. Step3. Practice In this part, t

    12、he students will play three games to practice the words. The first game is the guessing game. The teacher shows a box, and then ask the questions, Is it a .? Yes or no? The students will guess and answer. The second game is the game of train going. The teacher will say a sentence, the students liste

Then, the students listen to the next tape carefully and then repeat the dialogue. The teacher shows two pictures to make the students know t

    16、he words, cool and lovely. At last, they practice the dialogue with their partner and show. Purpose: The purpose of this is to improve the students abilities of speaking and role playing. Step5. Conclusion In this step, the teacher will conclude the knowledge that the students learn in this class. A

    17、t last,the teacher show a picture of a toy monkey and write a text to guide the students to draw and write. They can choose a picture from the toy shop. Purpose: The purpose of this is to guide the students to write a text to introduce something about their toys. Homework To draw a picture of a toy and write a new text about the toy.
