Ss can say some words about food which they have learned. Eg: pizza, hamburger, tomato, potato, chocolate, fish, apple, orange, juice. 2. Ss can use the words to communicate in oral communication. Eg: I like; HeShe likes; do you like; Does heshe likes. 3. Students can take the initiative to understand the interests of others. 4. Cultivate the habits of students, let them willing speak; dare to speak English. And, stimulate students interest in English learning. Teaching Important Point Ss can use the words to communicate in oral communication. Teaching Difficult Point Ss can use the words and sentences to ask and answer in oral communication. Teaching Aid ppt, cards, magnets Teaching Process Step1.Warm up Ss say the chant and do the actions after T Step2.Lead in 1. Game: Ss guess the foods 2. Ss enjoy a video “Find food for Jerry” 3. Ss answer the question: Whats Jerrys favourite food? Step3.Presentation 1. T introduces some of self favourite foods 2. TS1: How about you, do you like? S1: Yes, I do.No, I dont. 3. T shows a picture and asks: Do you know who is he? And then introduces the younger brothers favourite food. And then guide Ss to introduce their family members favourite food. Step4.Practice 1. Ss use the materials on their hands to ask each other: Whats you favourite food? Do you like? Does heshe like? 2. T feels hungry and invites Ss to go to the restaurant. Then T shows the menu and say: “Today, I am the cook; I have so many foods, who want to be my customer?” (There are some conversations between S and T) 3. Role play. Step5.Consolidation There is a boy, who likes to eat all kinds of junk food and never do exercise. At last, he became fatter and fatter. So, everyone should do more exercise and eat more healthy food. Blackboard design: Whats your favourite food? Whats your favourite food? Do you like ? Does heshe like?
