    1、Step 1: Warming- up and Lead-in(热身和导入) After greeting, I will begin the lesson by singing the song Rain rain go away together with the students to arouse their interests and help them to step into English learning circumstance happily.And then Ill introduce the rules of the reward to the students.     2、fter that Ill show the cartoon character - Doraemon to the class. At first, Ill introduce it and show them the world map. Doraemon wants to travel around the world and know the weather of different places. So that the students can have the circumstance of different weather in different places. Step

    3、2: Presentation(新课呈现) (1) Words The Students will understand the meaning of the new words by some pictures of PPT and the body gestures of me. Ill design some games to arouse their interests and let the kids output the new words in an active way. The learning details of each words are as follow: Eg:

    4、 1)Sydney: sunny - listen and repeat -write with me together by using their fingers - do the gesture: u / sunny, sunny sunny sunny - play the game: high and low voice - ask and answer the key sentences: Whats the weather like in Sydney? Its sunny in Sydney. 2)Beijing: windy - listen and repeat -writ

    5、e with me together by using their fingers - do the gesture: i /i/ windy, windy windy windy - play the game:hit the word card - ask and answer the key sentences: Whats the weather like in Beijing? Its windy in Beijing. 3)London: rainy - listen and repeat -write with me together by using their fingers

    6、 - do the gesture: rainy rainy rainy - read the word group by group - ask and answer the key sentences: Whats the weather like in London? Its rainy in London. Game: Guessing Ill hide the pictures of the above three news words, and give them some tips, so theyll guess. During this guessing game, stud

    7、ents can review the three new words well. 4)Singapore: cloudy - listen and repeat -write with me together by using their fingers - do the gesture: cloudy cloudy cloudy - read the word one by one - ask and answer the key sentences: Whats the weather like in Singapore? Its cloudy in Singapore. 2)Mosco

    8、w: snowy - listen and repeat -write with me together by using their fingers - do the gesture:snowysnowy snowy - play the game: 1 time less than me - ask and answer the key sentences: Whats the weather like in Moscow? Its snowy in Moscow. Game: hit the mice Students will see some cartoon mice with th

    9、e key words, when they see the word, say out loudly , correctly and quickly, then they can get the reward. (2) Sentence and dialogue 1)pair work Students will have 1 minutes to practice the dialogue with their desk mates.A: Whats the weather like in.?B: Its . (and . )in . After practicing, four pair

    10、s are invited to perform. 2)challenge to be a weather reporter Students will have 2 minutes to practice the sentences of being a weather reporter with their partners. After practicing, one of the students is invited to perform. Step 3: Practice and Consolidation(练习巩固) I will present Lets play in the

    11、 game: hit the golden eggs. Students can choose one golden egg, ask the question, other students answer, then the student can get rewards of the egg for his/her group. Step 4: Conclusion and Homework(总结和作业) Students will read the key sentences and the new words together by looking at the blackboard

    12、design. So that they can have a general review of the whole class. Then I will lead the students to sing a chant by using the key words. In the class, students will remember the new words by the chant, and use the key sentences skillfully by working in pairs、playing games and role.
