You should keep your room clean. You should go to bed early. You shouldnt get up late. You shouldnt watch TV too often. You shouldnt read in bed. 二、课前准备 1. 拍摄一个家庭生活小片段。 2. 准备一些 Good boy!或 Good girl!的卡片奖励给上课表现好的同学。 3. 准备若干张彩色纸,供学生填写家规。 4. 准备教学课件。 三、初学步骤与建议 Step 1: Warm-up/Revision 1)师生问好。 T: Good morning / afternoon, boys and girls / class / children. Class: Good morning / afternoon, Mr/ Miss . 2)引入话题。 教师向学生提出本节课要进行讨论的话题 How to be a good student,然后引导学生讨论一下 What should a good student do at home? Step 2: Presentation 1)呈现情景展示 Peter 的妈妈非常焦虑的图片。 T: This is Peters mother. Whats wrong with her? Ss: Maybe she is . T: She is very worried about her son. Whats wrong with Peter? Can you guess? Ss: . T: OK. Lets see the movie. 播放视频(Peter 在家的部分) T: Whats wrong with Peter? Ss: He is not a good boy at home. 2)学习 Just talk 中的语段。教师提出问题 What does Peter often do at home?学生带着问题阅读 Just talk 的第一部分。 T: What does Peter often do at home? S: He often makes a mess in his room. He watches TV too often. He reads in bed and he goes to bed very late. 教师借助直观图片、效果对比和动态演示帮助学生理解相应短语的 含义,教授本课新短语 make a mess, watch TV too often, read in bed, go to bed。 学生听录音并跟读 Just talk 的第一部分,进一步熟悉 Peter 在家 的表现。 3)学习 Just talk 中的家庭规则。 教师引导学生思考 Peter 的妈妈应该怎么做。 T: Peter does all these things at home. His mother is very worried about Peter. What should, she do? Do you have any good ideas? S: I think she should . T: Peters mother can make some home rules for Peter. If you were Peters mother, what would you say to Peter? 教师引导学生对妈妈给 Peter 提出的家规进行预测。 T: What does Peters mother say in the home rules? 学生阅读 Just talk 的第二部分“Peter 的家规” ,并回答问题。 教师和学生一起将板书整理成“Peters Home Rules”的形式,并 带领学生通读一遍。 Step 3: Practice 1)多种方式引导学生体验、模仿 Just talk 中语句。 2)引导学生分组读,复述文章,巩固语言。 4)小组活动。 教师播放提前准备好的家庭生活小片段。学生观看小片段后分 组讨论片段中的小孩哪里做得不好,然后口头帮助他制定家规来改 进他的行为。 Step 4: Language use 主题:制定自己的家规。 教师请学生想一想,作为一名好学生,在家里都应该做什么。 1. 学生根据自己平时在家的表现,为自己制定家规。 2. 学生两人一组,相互谈论自己在家中应该和不应该做的事情。 语言支持:help to do housework / keep your room clean / go to bed early / get up late / watch TV too often / read in bed 3. 交流展示。 Step 5: Assessment 1)课堂教学过程中的评价。 教师引导学生在真实的情景中学会说:You Should help to do housework, You should keep your room clean. You should go to bed early You shouldnt get up late. You shouldnt watch TV too often. You shouldnt read in bed. 表达应该做什么和不应该做什么。 评价工具: 课堂教学中,建议老师们可以制作一些 Good boy 和 Good girl 的 卡片,作为评价的工具,奖励给积极参与课堂活动的学生。 2)教师指导学生完成活动手册中的相关内容,并进行评价。 【教学反思】
