Be able to use sentences: When is.this year? Well.to describe things. 教学过程 Step1 Warming up 1. Play a game (read quickly and loudly.): I will show words on PPT and then disappears quickly and ask students to read quickly and loudly. T: now look at the PPT, I will show you some words and then you read them together. (September ,December, October) Ss: September, December 2. Ask and answer: I will use then sentences they have learnt last lesson to ask them some questions. T: boys and girls. When is teachers day? Who can tell me? S1: Its in September. Step2 Presentation 1. Present sentences by reviewing: I will do a summary about twelve months: which months are in winter/summer/. . Then ask them which seasons do they like best? Finally I will show the sentences:I like autumn. T: Ok, we have learnt twelve months. What are they? Ss: T: And which months are in winter? Ss: T: Which season do you like best? Who can answer my question? S1: s2: 2. Use pictures to present: I will show a picture about flowers on PPT and then ask them “do you like the colors? Finally I present the sentence: I really like the colors. 3. Look and say(看图说话:图片是 school trip ): I will give a picture to them and then ask them to say a sentence about this picture. Finally I will ask them when the trip is this year. 4. Pictures: I will present the sentence “well go to the Great Wall” the same as school trip. But I will organize them to learn more about will. 5. Come to learn lets try: I will play the tape to them and ask then listen and tick the answer. T: listen to tape carefully. Then answer my question. What will Oliver have? S1: s2: 6. Come to lets talk: I will ask them to read the dialogue by themselves, and then I will play the tape. Finally ask them to listen carefully and answer the questions which present on ppt. 7. Teach them to read sentence by sentence. Step3 Practice and Consolidation 1. Read together, and then read group by group. 2. Role play: I will ask them to read by themselves for one minute. Then group one and group two is Oliver, the rest are Chen Jig to role play. Then ask two students to role play. 3. Pair work: I will give them an example and ask them to do a pair work just like me. For example: A: when is mothers day? B: its in May. A: what will you do for your mum on mothers day? B: I will make a card. What about you? A:I will 4. Exercises: Listen and number. ( ) I like autumn, too. We usually have a school trip in autumn. ( ) Its in October. Well go to the Great Wall. ( ) Great! When is the trip? ( ) Cool! I love the Great Wall! ( ) Autumn is my favorite season. I really like the colors. Step4 Summary I will ask then to read the dialogue again. And show them the important sentences in this dialogue. Step5 Homework 1. Read the text for 15 minutes and try to remember the new words and sentences. 2. Act the dialogue out with your partner.
