Greetings and daily questions. 2. Sing the songBoy and girltogether. Step 2. Presentation 1. Present several questions on PPT , play the video of the dialogue in “Read aloud”, then ask students to answer the questions after watching the video . (T: Yes , I want to be your friend . Dear all, Do you have a friend ?Who is your friend? Is he/she tall/short? All of you have friends , Chen Jie has a friend ,too. Her name is Wangtong. Spring is coming , they go out for a spring outing today . On the way , they meet a boy . Who is the boy? Watch the video and answer my questions on the screen.) Q1: Who is the boy? Q2: Where is the boy from? Q3: Is Wangtong tall? Q4: Why ? 2.Watching the video again,lead the students to read the sentences 3 .Then ask them to say the sentence in groups. 3.Introduce classmates. T:Who is that boy/girl? S1 : He /She is _. T: Nice to meet you ,S2. S2 : Nice to meet you,too . T: Where are you from? S2 : Im from China. (Students ask and answer the questions with each other.) Step 3. Practice 1. Game1:“High and Low . ” (The students say the sentences at the opposite volume to the teacher said. ) 2. Game 2:“Quick Response” (The students say the sentences out as quickly as they can.) 3.Game 3 :“Happy and Sad” (Read the words or sentences happily or sadly according to the expression on the word card.) 4.Baby words go home .
