Revision Look and say(words) Look and intruduce the cities(sentences) 3. Teaching the new lesson Part A 1) look at the picture and answer the three questions Who do you see in the picture? Where are they? 2) watch the video without subtitles and guess the main idea by discussing the third questionWhat does Bill want to do? 3) watch the video again with subtitles and check Ss answer. 4) Present the text and underline the questions. Where do you want to go this summer vacation? What do you want to do there? 5)Practice:Listen, point and read;Listen and follow to read;Read in roles Show: do role play in group(2 groups) Part B 1) Watch the video and answer the question. (without subtitles) Where does Bill want to go?/What does Bill want to do? (Bill wants to go to Dunhuang with his parents./Bill wants to visit the Mogao Caves.) 2) Watch the video again(with subtitles) and do a survey. Sample: A: Where do you want to go this summer vacation? B: I want to go to . A:What do you want to do there? B: I want to .with my friends/parents/grandmother. 3) Report the survey Sample: Bill wants to go to Dunhuang this summer vacation, he wants to visit the Mogao Caves with his parents, it will be fun.
