Now lets guess who they are. Its brown. It has a long tail. It can climb the tree. It likes eating bananas, Its smartit can jump. It has two long ears. Then elicit the answer from the Ss. Have the Ss read the story by themselves and try to answer the questions. Q1: Where are the rabbit and the monkey? Q2:They see another animal. They dont like him. Can you guess who they see? Step3:Read the story Have the Ss look at the picture one by one. Then ask them some questions in each picture. Is the rabbit happy? Why? What are they talking about? What does the rabbit ask? How does the monkey answer? What does the rabbit ask? Does the monkey answer the rabbit? why? If you were the monkey, how would you answer? Who is coming? When does he eat lunch? What does he want to do? Do the rabbit and the monkey like the tiger, why? What does the monkey say? Then elicit tha answers from the student one by one. Step4 Repeat the story 1. Have the Ss listen and order the picture. 2. Have the Ss listen and repeat. 3. Play the tape and have the Ss read carefully. Step 5 Act it out The teacher acts the rabbit. Have the Ss act as the monkey and the tiger. Encourage the Ss add the action. The Ss try to act he story out . Have the Ss act the story in groups Step6 Homework Read the story after the tape. Try to act the story out.
