Leading T: Whos on duty today? S: I am. (A student do the morning report, then ask the others two questions) T: Thank you for todays morning reporter. Now, lets go meet our old friend. Who are they? S: They are Bill and Lucky. Step2. Main scene T:What are they doing? S: Theyre playing football. T: Yeah. Great. Look, whats in Bills hand? You can say in Chinese. S: Feipan. T: Yes. Lets play frisbee.(Ask a kid to play frisbee with me.) Can you guess what day is it today? S: Sunday.(Kids have different opinion) T:Lets listen and check the answer.(Play the first part of the flash) After listening, listen then follow. T: Its Sunday, tomorrow will be .? S: Monday. T: What will Bill and Lily do? S: They will go to school. T: Lets listen and check the answer. After listening, they listen again then repeat. T: Look at Lucky, whats she doing? S: . T: Why shes biting the schoolbag? S:. T: Yeah, she wants to play with Bill and Joy. What can we say to Bill and Joy? S:. T: They can play on Saturday and Sunday. Step3. Look, listen and sing T: Monday and Sunday are two days in a week. Next lets enjoy a song of week. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday(twice) T: Boys and girls, stand up. S: I stand up. T: Lets sing the song together. The first time: Sing the song with high-low tone. The second time: Sing the song with low-high tone. Step4. A game-Doraemons random door T: Whats this? S: Its a door. T: Its Doraemons random door. Open this door, you can go the different day in the future. Now I am opening the door. Wow, What day is it today? S: Its Saturday. T: Who want to open the door with Doraemon? ( There are eight doors. Ask students to open the door then learn the different days. While learning, please add some actions) Step5. A chant Sunday, Sunday, Its Sunday; Monday, Monday, Its Monday; Tuesday, Tuesday, Its Tuesday; Wednesday, Wednesday, Its Wednesday; Thursday, Thursday, Its Thursday; Friday, Friday, Its Friday; Saturday, Saturday, Its Saturday; (When they sing, please add some actions.) Step6. A game-a running train The rules of the game: 1. Seven kids to play the game.; 2. Each holds a card of word card.(Six days of the week); 3. Seven kids go to the blackboard and show the others their card. (T: What day is it today? S: Its .) 4. Seven kids change their location; 5. The others find the right location; 6.
