Its a.课堂中让学生进行 充分的练习。其次，是对已学习的词汇进行巩固练习，利用当小老师的方式让学 生能够大胆的展现自己的才能。 最终， 达到全班学生都能够愉快学习知识的氛围。 然而， 在教学过程当中出现了一些小误差， 主要是在时间的安排上存在问题， 没有给予学生足够的自主练习时间及展现自我机会。 此外， 因是一年级的小学生， 部分学生课堂纪律意识较为薄弱，无法长时间集中注意力，由此出现一些小纠纷 扰乱课堂氛围时，容易耽误课堂进度。 因此，在今后的教学中需加强对课堂纪律的管理，日常中就养成良好的学习 习惯。同时要合理的安排课程内容，做到简而精，充分发挥低段学生对新知识的 好奇心，融入适宜又具有趣味性的游戏活动，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，让学生 从心底热爱英语。
