Im_metres tall. How tall is heshe? She is _metres tall. 2.能力目标:能够运用句型 How tall are you? Im_metres tall. 进行对话表演, 培养情景交际的能力。 3.情感目标:创设情景,鼓励学生积极参与,激发他们的学习兴趣。 三、重难点 重点:掌握单词 tall ,short, metre 难点:灵活运用句型 How tall are you? Im_metres tall. 四、教学准备:多媒体课件,教学光盘,测量身高贴纸或卷尺 五、教学过程: Step1.Warming up 1. Greeting. T:Hello, boys and girls. Ss: Hello,Miss Zhang . T:How are you,today? Ss: We are fine, thanks. And you? T: Very well. How is the weather today? Ss: Its sunny. 2. Review numbers. T: I point the number, and you read it. Which group is fast? And you will get the scores, ok. And he is very tall. 教授新单词 tall (板书) 领读 出示宋小宝图片 T: Do you know who he is? Ss: He is Song Xiaobao. T:Yes. He is short. 教授新单词 short (板书) 领读 展示一组图片,巩固新学的单词 tall, short 2. 学习句型 How tall is he/she? He/She is _metre(s) tall. T: Do you know how tall Yao Ming is? Ss: No, we dont know. T: He is 2.26 metres tall.(出示姚明的身高图片) How tall is Song Xiaobao? He is 1.62metres tall. (出示宋小宝图片) 板书句型 How tall is he? He is_metres tall. 3. 讲授英语中小数的读法。 先让学生说一下数学中小数的读法,再讲授英语中小数的读法,对比一 下 数字用基数词读,小数点读 point 出示一组小数,让学生们练习读,然后分组抢答,获胜的小组加分(体现数 学和英语课程的融合) 4. 学习句型 How tall are you? Im_metres tall. T:Ask one student: Do you know how tall you are? S2:No, I dont know. T: Now lets measure your height. 5. 实际测量学生们的身高,得到结果后并练习句型 How tall are you? I m_metres tall. Step3. Practice 1.Practice with your partners. 展示图片,让学生们练习句型 How tall is he/she?He/She is _metres tall.并向全 班展示。 2.小组合作完成身高测量并对话表演 S3:How tall are you? S4: Im_metres tall. 接下来小组合作完成小组内各个成员的身高测试,并且练习句型 How tall are you? Im_ metres. 通过让学生表演对话,提高学生参与学习的积极性,激发学生学习的热情,让 他们在表演中得到锻炼,提高团队合作的意识,也增强的孩子们的自信心。 3. Summary 出示图片展示句子 Are you tall or short?
