They are geese ducks. 在课堂教学中教师起主导作用,学生是主体,让学生 养成主动发现和思考问题的习惯,老师只是做好引导和服 务工作。在设计教学活动时,应给学生提供充足的自主学 习和合作学习的空间。我认为有以下几个方面可以参考。 1.扎实语音教学,新授课一定要使用录音机或多媒体辅 助教学,老师们可以在进一步规范自己的发音的同时,帮 助孩子们通过模仿录音让发音更加标准,同时也锻炼和提 高了听力能力。 2.可能有的老师会说小学生自制能力差,能完全放手 吗?让他们自由活动岂不乱了课堂秩序,也会打乱我的教 学计划,我要说的是风筝固然自由的放飞在空中,可是线 不是依然稳稳的在我们手里吗?如果老师具备了很好的驾 驭课堂的能力足可以收放自如。所以不是对我们的学生放 任自流,老师完全解放出来,只是有一个度的把握。 3.以不同形式给学生提供多种机会培养学生的英语兴 趣和爱好,通过创设接近实际生活的各种语境,培养学生 用英语做事的能力,提高英语综合素养,争取五项技能全 面发展,如英语诗朗诵、英语儿歌演唱、讲故事、模仿秀、 情景剧表演、英语角、英语墙报、主题班会和展览等。 4.在校园里开设英语天地,利用绘画、英汉结合的形式 展示英语格言或者小故事,对孩子们起到潜移默化的作用, 给孩子们以良好的英语文化氛围。师生的交流不应只局限 于课堂上,而应时时交流,我认为可以在教室板报上设置 师生交流平台,让学生把英语学习中的疑问和收获写在上 面,老师以不同的方式给以解决,这样既可以拓宽学生的 视野又能提高学生的问题解决能力和团结协作意识。 5.师生争取共同养成用基本的英语口语交流的习惯,这 或许存在很多困难,需要我们足够的耐心,但我相信 “冰 冻三尺非一日之寒” ,坚持就是收获。一定争取做到英语天 天读,天天说,天天写,保证每天都有属于英语的时间, 老师们尽量做到用英语授课,如果最初孩子们听不懂老师 可以解释,让孩子们慢慢的习惯,多用鼓励性的评价语言 给孩子们自信心,让英语文化慢慢融入到孩子们的学习生 活中,正所谓“良好的环境塑造人” 。 我们一定要虚心学习,认真总结,及时反思,只有通 过点点滴滴的教学,点点滴滴的尝试,大胆尝试,勇于创 新,小学英语教学才能走的更远。 小学英语课堂小学英语课堂教学反思教学反思 四年级小学生学习英语,就凭一时的兴趣。他们对课 堂上动手、游戏的部分十分感兴趣,而对英语基本技能 (单词及语音的模仿、记忆等)一开始还有板有眼的,时 光长了,加上有些单词比较难读,他们就感觉索然无味, 于是就不专心听讲。这样,他们既使在课堂上记住了一些 语音知识,下了课就忘得一干二净。随着学习资料的不断 增多,这部分学生学习上的问题更加突出。之后,既使他 们认识到学习英语的重要性,但学习吃力,就自信心大减。 最后甚至有不要上英语课的想法。 有些学生由于内向,孤僻的性格。他们不愿开口,不 善交往;而开口少,与他人接触少,往往模仿潜力也差, 这就使及他们更不愿参与各种英语练习活动,内向的性格 使他们回避与别人交往,碰到问题常常不向同学或老师请 教,在课堂上害怕表现不佳,有损自我在老师和同学心目 中的形象,降低自我价值。因此,他们缺乏自我表现的习 惯和勇气。就连不得不参加的 “one by one”都是极低 的声音,试图不引起别人的注意。具有这种性格倾向的学 生, 不仅仅学习上的困难无法解决,而且语言知识也不能 到达最大限度的再现。进行“pair work”时,他们总是 不投入,缺乏跟同学的合作精神。 目前,大部分学生每周只有两、三节课能接触到英语, 既使在英语课堂上也只有少数优秀的、用心的学生想参与 语言实践活动,一堂课上单词、对话或课文等教学资料一 项接一项,对于学习潜力不强的学生来说犹如看电影似的 过了一遍,根本掌握不了。 小学生英语学习有困难的原因既有内因,又有外因。 由于原因的错综复杂,一味简单地进行知识到课,搞反复 操练,只会使学生对英语学习产生更强烈的厌学情绪。只 有摸清原因,对症下药,才能解决困难。
