Teaching Plan Unit 4 Activities Analysis of this unit: This is the fourth unit of this book. It mainly talks about the seasons and the activities the students can do in different seasons. It enables students to describe their favorite season and the activities they do in different seasons. Analysis of the Ss: Students have learnt English for one year. They know some words about seasons and weather. But its difficult for them to say long sentences. And they cant keep their attention for a long time. The teacher must motivate their interests and encourage students to be happy to say. Lesson 27 Analysis of this lesson: This is the sixth lesson of this unit. Students have already learnt some activities they do in the spring and summer. This lesson focus on the activities they do in the autumn and winter. And it enables students to master and change the key structures. Analysis of the Ss: Students have already known some words about the seasons and the activities. This lesson supplies more. It enables students to review and to change. They are interested in the activities, so the teacher must encourage them to say and do actions actively. Teaching aims Knowledge aims: Students can ask and answer What do you do in the autumn/winter? I _in the autumn/winter. Ability aims: students can talk about the seasons and activities they can do correctly and fluently. Emotional aims: Enjoy every season!. Enjoy some beautiful pictures. Ask students: What seasons can you see? 2. Tell Ss: there are 4 seasons in a year. And then, divide Ss into 4groups.(Group spring, group summer, group autumn and group winter.) 3. Guess the season. 1. Look and say: I can seein the picture. 2. Get they own groups. Prepare to answer question and get points for their groups. 3.
