What a lovely day, isnt it? 2.Are you stressed out? Explain the word “stressed” to students and ask the Reasons. 3.Whats wrong? Whats the problem? Whats the matter? (with you?) 4.Students answers ,Let them take some examples. Such as, I have too much homework everyday. Im very busy very much. I have to take after-school classes on weekends. I cant hang out with my friends on weekends. (二)Presentation(呈现) Carefree action: Playing sports Swimming Having a walk Climbing mountains travelling Listening practice Oral practice Writing skills Summary homework Much more pressure: Such as: Too much homework Cant get enough sleep Cant hang out with our friends. 教 学 过 程 What do you usually do to deal with your pressure? Please write them down as quickly as possible. (三)Oral practice(口语训练) Discuss with your partners What do you when you have problems? What activities do you like to do to help lower your stress? Why? Set an example. (四)Listening practice (听力训练) Next, We are going to listen to a conversation What are they talking about? What are Wei Mings problems? Does Alice give him advice? If so, and what does Alice give to Wei Ming? Task1: Listen and check the problems Wei Ming talks about. Task2:Listen again, What advice does Alice give to Wei Ming? Fill in the blanks.
