By study of this unit, the students should know how to ask or answer with simple words and sentences. From our study , the student can communicate with the new words and the sentences. After learning English for two years, they have some basic English background knowledge, so the teacher should attach importance to the communication with them, providing them the chances of using language. Teaching aims 1. Aims on the knowledge To enable the Ss to understand and speak “what do you want to be? I want to be . Make sure that Ss can use these sentences in real situations. 2. Teaching methods: As we all know: the main aims of learning English in primary school is to cultivate pupils basic abilities of listening and speaking and their good sense of the English language. So in this lesson Ill arrange four kinds of activities: singing songs, doing funny exercise, chant and having a competition. Step one: warm-up It takes about 2 minutes.
