If youre sleeping less, but dont feel negative effects out of bed, the changes you notice may just be normal age- related. If you experience a sudden change in your sleep,
6、or poor or inadequate sleep is disturbing your daily life, changing your personality, or your bedmate says you stop breathing when you snore, that could be sign of something more serious and its worth visiting your doctor. Over time, Vitiello says, sleep patterns simply change.“A lot of older adults
