(由于受到了很好的照顾，她身体恢复得 很快。 ） 3)作条件状语 It will take you half an hour to get to the station allowing for traffic delays. (把路上的交 通延误算进

8、的用法有限，相当于程度副词，主要用于加强语气。 He was caught in the heavy rain and got his clothes soaking wet. (他淋了一场大雨，把 衣服全部弄湿了。 ） 8)作结果状语 The child fell, striking his head against the door and cutting it. (那孩子跌倒了，头碰在 门上磕破了。 ） Step 2 语法语法探究探究 （1）动词-ing 形式作时间、原国、条件、让步状语时多位于句首：作结果、伴随 状语时常位于句末。 （2）动词-ing 形式是非谓语动词的一种，它有自己的

9、时态。having done 是动词-ing 形式的完成时态，可以做状语：当该动词先于主句的谓语动词之前发生时，选择 having 3/3 done 的形式。 Step 3 自学检测自学检测 同义句转换 1.
