Teaching aids: PPT, word cards Procedure: . Greetings. T: Hello, boys and girls ,do you like fruit?What do you like? (Ask several Ss). Lets put on our hats and sing a song about fruit. Ss sing a song Picking Apples. . Review and practice. (PPT) Show an old man. T: Look there is an old farmer. He plants many fruit,but one one buys his fruit.Lets send the message on We Chat to help him. (PPT) He recieves many orders for fruit. He needs some volunteers to pick the fruit. T: Do you want to be the volunteers ? Lets do three tasks. .Task 1: Do you know the fruit? (1)Ss look at the pictures . Listen and answer What are these? Are these? Practice in pairs. (2) A game: Who can pick more fruit? Ask two Ss come to the front, pick the fruit from the blackboard when the teacher says the word. (3) Put the fruit in the right basket. Lets sing a song What are these? . Task 3:Can you introduce the fruit to the visitors? T:Many visitors are coming to the farm. Can you introduce the fruit to them? (1) Do a model: Hello, Im Amy. Look, these are peaches. They are pink. I like peaches. Do you like peaches? (2) Ss draw and write. (3) Ask two Ss to demonstrate. .Development: T: Youve done task 3. Now you can be the volunteers. There are many customers. Listen and answer what they like, then pick the fruit for them. (1)Ss Read an order from Ms Zhou: Hello, I m Ms Zhou. I like cherries. I want 100 cherries. T: What does Ms Zhou like? Ss: She likes cherries. T: Lets pick cherries for her. Ss sing the song Picking cherries. (2) Another order from Ms Ke: Hello, I m Ms Ke. I like peaches. I want 100 peaches. T: What does Ms Ke like? Ss: She likes peaches. T: Lets pick peaches for her. Ss sing the song Picking peaches. (3) Ss go to the farm to pick more fruit. T: Put on your hat and lets pick the fruit.Go! The Ss put on their hats, stand in a circle, pick the fruit and say goodbye to the teacher. 板书设计板书设计: 反思:反思:本课学习的是 fruit,重点是学习 pears,watermelons 等八种水果和句型 What are these? Are these apples?我通过设计“助农摘水果”的情景,通过做任务、歌曲、游戏等有 趣的课堂形式,让学生在真实的语言环境中学习和运用语言,取得很好的课堂效果。我觉 得本课做得比较好的地方有这些: 1.设置“助农摘果”的情景,以闯关做任务的线索贯穿课堂,从农民遇到困难闯关 争当志愿者助农摘果,把重难点巧妙地在任务中一一突破,课堂环节清晰、紧凑、 完整。 2.以歌曲、游戏等有趣的形式组织课堂,课堂气氛活跃,学生兴趣浓。课堂上恰到好处 地唱了三首有关水果的歌曲,第一首在开始时唱 Picking apples,一边唱一边做摘水果 的动作,自然引出本课主题,也活跃了课堂气氛;第二首在复习完单词时唱 apple round,让学生明白吃水果的好处,an apple a day, keeps the doctor away; 第三首是 Are these pears? 让学生既复习了句型,也放松了心情,同时穿插了比赛摘水果和打水果扑 克牌两个小游戏,让学生在玩中学,学中乐。 3.注重培养学生听说读写的综合素养,通过输入地道音频和大量的口语练习提高学生听 说能力,通过听文段写小作文等练习,提高学生读写能力,通过本课的练习,大部分学 生都能熟练的表达自己喜欢的水果和用所学句子介绍各种水果。 同时,本课也有不足之处: 1.课堂开始时唱的歌曲 Picking apples 调动学生积极性,活跃课堂气氛,如果在复习 水果单词时也用歌曲唱出来,能更有趣地复习单词。 2.在拓展部分,我觉得还可以适当加入其它常见水果,比如 mangoes、pineapples,让 学生掌握更多的水果单词,表达的范围更广一些。
