    1、Unit 3 Language in use Module 8 My future life 语法归纳语法归纳 定语从句定语从句&宾语从句宾语从句 1. 定语从句 (1)定义:修饰某个名词或者代词的句子;作定语; 被修饰的词叫先行词,连接先行词和定语从句的词 叫引导词。 (2)引导词: that, which,who, whom, whose, where , when, why等。 (3)用法: 先行词是物,且引导词在从句中作主语或宾语时可 用that/which。 e.g. This is the photos that/ which I took in Australia. 先行词是人,

    2、引导词可用that/who。 e.g. Mr. Ling who/ that helped me a lot is my English teacher. 引导词在定语从句中做宾语,可省略。 e.g. I will never forget the person I met yesterday. 特殊引导词: (4)只能用that的情况: 先行词为最高级。 e.g. This is the most interesting book that I have read. 先行词是数词或者被序数词修饰。 e.g. You are the first student that finished re

    3、ading the book. 先行词既有人又有物。 e.g. I miss the people and places that I visited last year. 先行词前有the only, the last, the very, any, few, little, no, all 等词修饰。 e.g. There are few fruits that I can eat. 主句中已有which或者who时。 e.g. Can you tell me which is your coat that is made of silk? 先行词是 all, much, little,

    4、something, anything, everything, nothing 等不定代词。 e.g. You should do everything that you can do to help protect yourself. 2. 宾语从句 (1)定义: 属于名词性从句,在句子中起名词的作用,相 当于一个名词词组,在全句中充当主句的宾语。 (2)用法: 作动词的宾语。 e.g. I know that he is a student. 作形容词或过去分词的宾语。 e.g. I am proud that you have chosen me to make a speech. 作

    5、介词的宾语。 e.g. I am looking forward to what he will do. (3)引导词: that后的从句是个陈述句。 e.g. He told me that he bought a lovely rabbit. if/whether加从句表示一般疑问句。 e.g. I wonder if /whether he had breakfast. 注意:如果后面有or not, 前面只能用whether。 特殊疑问词加从句。 e.g. Could you tell me where the post office is? (4)语序:陈述语序:连接词+主语+谓语+

    6、其他。 e.g. I want to know what pressure is. (5)时态: 主句是现在时,从句该用什么时态就用什么时态。 e.g. Can you tell me what you did yesterday? 主句是过去式,从句用过去相对应的时态。 e.g. I told my father that I knew nothing. 从句是真理时,从句用一般现在时。 e.g. My physics teacher told us that light is faster than sound. 课堂专练课堂专练 一一、单项选择单项选择 ( ) 1.
