Go across Dong Changan Jie, go along the street and turn left at the third street on the left. 穿过东长安街,沿着街走,在左边第三条街道向左转。 (1)across 介词,意为“越过”,指在平面上从一边到另一边,常与动词 go, walk 等动词连用,其后跟 roa

    11、d、street、bridge 或 river 等名词。 Go across the bridge,then walk about 200 metres. 穿过那座桥,然后步行大约 200 米。 辨析:across 与 cross across 介词 越过 Go across the road. = Cross the road. 穿过马路。 cross 动词 穿过 (2)along 介词,意为“沿着”。它常与动词 go、walk 等连用,表示沿着街 道、道路、河边或堤坝等路线走。 Walk along this road,and youll see a park on your left.

(1)could 情态动词,意为“能;可以”,比 can 更加委婉。“Could you (please) ?”是表示请求对方同意的常用句型,肯定回答常用“Certainly. / Sure.”等,否定回答可以用“Sorry, I cant.”。 Could you help me with my maths? 你能帮我学习数学吗? Certainly. 当然可以了。 (2) how to get to the Na

    15、tional Stadium 是“疑问词动词不定式短语”结构, 意为“怎样去国家体育场”,在句中作 tell 的宾语。“疑问词+动词不定式 (短语)”常跟在 know, tell 等动词之后作宾语。 Can you tell me how to get to the railway station? 你能告诉我怎么去火车站吗? We dont know what to do next. 我们不知道下一步做什么。 (3)get to 意为“到达”,其后接地点名词。 What time do you usually get to school? 你通常在什么时候到学校? Step 6 Pronun
